The first HUNGER GAMES novel was published by Scholastic Press in 2008. When the first film came out in 2012, Mattel added this gem to their Barbie Collector – Black Label line.

It comes with a stand and certificate of authenticity.
Katniss Barbie can be taken out of the box and placed back in again with no problem as long as you keep it attached to the backdrop. Being out of the box makes for better pictures without having to deal with the reflective glare.
